These aluminum baskets will become part of a material rack when they are ultimately welded into a tube structure after delivery to our client. They are specified in aluminum so that they offer a high level of weather resistance and low weight. These pieces are laser cut, formed, and TIG welded from a single flat sheet to create the basket shape.

This project is a removable steel cutting edge for a large highway plow blade. These plows move all sorts of highway debris, so the removable blade section must be durable. Fabricated from steel tube and flat steel plate, this project is laser cut, MIG welded and powder coated for a durable finish.

These weldments form the “wings” for the plow blade described above. They attach to the sides of the blade and provide additional coverage beyond the blade width itself. These are fabricated from steel, and are laser cut, saw cut, formed, welded. They will ultimately be powder coated to match the red gloss finish on the blade shown above.
