Thanks to this saw we are able to dramatically increase the speed and efficiency of our work. With an improvement of over 10 times the speed and capacity of a traditional band saw, we can produce a higher quantity and quality of precision parts no matter what the project.

Not only is our saw fast, it’s smart. We are able to program our new automated band saw to cut at various lengths without having to handle materials and change settings. This saves valuable time and helps us turn around orders more quickly. Even better, this saw features a leading edge sensor that detects the front of the steel being cut and automatically makes a trim cut to true up the end.

Did we mention our new automated band saw is precise? It cuts to within .0030 inches, making it one of the most precise saws available on the market. With that kind of close tolerance we are able to make extremely precise cuts and give you the most and accurate finished part possible. This also allows the machine to make perfectly square cuts.
