Our TIG welding and fabrication specialists are working on a large scale aluminum sculpture, pictured above, that will soon grace the entrance of a luxury housing complex, outside San Francisco, California. We are collaborating with artists whose complex design process includes traditional and digital design fabrication techniques.

For the artists, each piece is an original where they investigate new concepts and construction methods that require tremendous planning, engineering and creative fabrication solutions. Our team’s experience has successfully met the challenge to bring the artist’s vision to life with TIG welding, laser cutting, fabricating, design, engineering and project management.

The simple formed pieces shown above are more complicated than meets the eye. Because they are wheel mounts for heavy-duty professional landscaping machinery, they must be fabricated to precise tolerances in order for an axel to slide through the holes and spin freely while the machine is operating. Our work on these fabricated parts includes laser cutting and forming.

The brackets shown above are fabricated for an industrial machinery manufacturer and are made from mild steel.

Our shop handles laser cutting and forming and acts as a critical vendor in this manufacturer’s supply chain – getting them the parts they need when they need them.

These yellow, powder coated parts hold lights for a commercial trucking application.
